We stayed in this Hotel for 1 night on 10th Jan 2016. Check in was messy as the management is not quite organized. They randomly chose a room and once we put our bags and were relaxing in the room we got, they just bang the door to put some stuff in the room or bath room. The lock they... More

During our RAJASTHAN tour during Dec 2015, we had to stay at DESSERT WINDS hotel at Bikaner, Our experience is not worth sharing at all. The room was very Clumsy, poorly lit, and poorly furnished. The door does not have a DOOR LOCK even. The location of the hotel is also not comfortable, you cannot find any thing around, for... More

The rooms are spacious and bathrooms were clean. The roof top dinning area has nice view. Food was freshly prepared and served. The food tasted really good. At second floor rooms there was weak WiFi strength and hence no internet access. Though there are only two floors, but a lift might help elderly staying at the place. Overall a nice... More

Booked for Mom-Dad considering that they'll have a heritage experience, but they had a pathetic experience, ACs not working efficiently in such hot days, Not enough staff to listen to customers, hardly 1-2 guys, don't know how to talk, no manager to over look them. don't even think of eating inside, you'll waste your money and mood. What they found... More
