Our two day stay at this hotel was a fabulous surprise gem. The staff were exceptional (special mention for Ajay Sharma), going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and the rooms were immaculate and well furnished. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or luxury break. One gets a feel of royalty just... More

The first impression of the "Haveli" was like an eye candy. The Reception, The Pool, The Bar, The Huge Rooms , Deer Horns & Ancient Swords on the pillow side :D was just "WoooW". The paint of the room soo soothing , Big Beds gives you feeling like a "King on a King Size Bed". Nearest to the old city... More

The hotel had a bit if a mix up/had deliberately double booked itself to an extent on our visit, hosting a wedding as well as a large tour party. Consequently we ended up in double beds dotted all around this atmospheric heritage property. The rooms themselves were large and pleasant. Staff were polite and WiFi was available, though a little... More

The hotel is ideally located next to the Fort. It's well decorated. From the roof and balconies, you can have a nice view on the fort. Food for dinner was very good and hearty. Some improvements for this heritage hotel: breakfast is very poor and too continental, the bed, mattress and pillow are not comfortable.

This place is unbelievably gorgeous - it feels like you're staying in a summertime palace for royalty. Rooms are gorgeous and clean but the ACs do NOT WORK in the summer months. I was here with a tour group in June and everyone's rooms were unbearably hot, even during the night, with temps reaching 100F. I tolerate heat very well... More

Good place to stay with nice rooms. Had 2 night stay here just for a weekend. Visited Bikaner to see palace, temples and for desert safari. Got to know about this hotel from tripadvisor. Booking was done by friend online.

I stayed one night here, then one night at a Laxmi Niwas Palace (see separate review). It is a modest heritage property, well located just outside the fort walls. It is easy to walk to the fort and the old city. I found the welcome on check in to be luke warm at best and in general most of the... More

Special place, stylish in optima forma. In our room we had a painting of the maharadja 2 meter by 1 meter. As staking in a comfortable museum. Gardens excellent with a lot of singing birds. Service great, restaurant ambiance, quality of food and service: very high quality. WiFi was not working.

This was our last stay in Rajasthan and so bitter sweet. The evening call to prayers made it seem the city was singing as the ski filled with kites and birds. This is a fine hotel: comfortable, clean, spacious rooms in a grand old building. We had the place almost to ourselves as other guests were on safari. Delicious, light... More

We booked a heritage suite through Agoda. When we checked in we were given a standard room. After complaining they moved us to suite. These heritage rooms are really worth the money : very spacious, windows on 3 sides, beautifully decorated, large balcony with panoramic view over the fort and the city. Service of the staff (if you can find... More
