I had been to this awesome hotel during 2014. The rooms were amazing with royal touch and truly this is one of the best hotel room I have ever stayed. The management was also ready to give us family suite as we were 4 people but we preferred 2 separate rooms as suite is bit simple as compared to individual... More

Visited Bikaner for one day. This hotel was average, nothing really wrong with accommodation, rooms were relatively clean and secure. The service was good. The restaurant food was good and the service was good too. The location is a bit far from the city centre and the fort, but the staff were quite happy to go and call an auto... More

I had heard very good reviews about this hotel from friends. But after staying there for 2 nights, must say all that praise is overrated. First things first. This hotel looks like it was built as a labour of love. Beautiful (though slightly overdone) decor, huge dining hall, mirrors in the corridors, statues everywhere - the works. Problem is, over... Nice large bedroom and bathroom, nice gardens and good dinner in the restaurant. Staff were ok, generally didn't acknowledge us unless we stood in front of them and asked a question. Hotel is at the end of a dirt road with homeless people sleeping in tents. There is nowhere to walk near by so you would need a car or... More

One night was enough for us. Beds are ok. Hot water ok. Wifi is even ok. Its a little run down and could do with a make over. Gardens are nice. Location not good, you have to walk down a dirt road to get to the main road, which is lined with tent people. Makes it hard to go for... More

Hospitality is one area where they need to improve otherwise its an excellent VFM for a 3 star. The rooms were spacious with great interiors for a 3 star. The bathroom were spacious, with good utilities (function bath tub in a 3 star is unheard of), shampoo and other toiletries were also better than some 4 stars that we stayed... More

a good place to stay and gives a very royal feeling. the staff is very nice. our room had a swing which was quite a new experience for us inside the rooms. the food is nice but can definitely improve. the only problem was that the way to our rooms was passing from the front of common washrooms, which was... The hotel at first is very clean, rooms are big and spacious. Service is very good as well. But hotel is located a little away from the marketplace, which may be problematic to some. ALSO, major shortcoming of this hotel is that walls are quite thin so noises keep on coming from other rooms and corridor. It might be a... More
