Hotel is run by the owner. Yet suffers in upkeep. Staff is not geared up. Linen is just about okay. 3 Towels were given for four of us in two rooms. Bathrooms ran out of water in the middle of night. The owner is very caring but these issues were irritating. Food is just about okay - 5 on 10.... More

A little bit outside from the Old City, but a nice hotel with antique charme. They try their best for you. With a little garden. Rooms are light and spacious, clean and a big bed. Always greeted with a smile.

I stopped in Bikaner on my way from Ganganagar to Jaisalmer. I was fortunate to stop at Hotel Kishan Palace for the evening. Wonderful old haveli with a friendly and hospitable owner. Lots of antiques and historic photos, and stories of his grandfather.

Owner looks after his property and his guests with great care. The house is full with remembrances to his grandfather, who was a colonel in the British Camel Battalion. Beautiful building, i.e. the wooden frames of bathroom doors. Big rooms, big bathrooms, good WiFi. About half an hour walking to the Govt. bus stand as well as to the fort... More

The hotel is located in a very old family home, lending it a very charming setting. Beautiful decoration- old glasswork, really ornate door framed, and beautiful sitting areas over looking small garden. The hotl had a lot of history-- previous residence of an old bikaner king; the hotel ius staffed by his descendents who are very proud and enthusiastic to... More

I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights and had a very bad experience. It is pathetic; it appears it is at the verge of closing it; almost unoccupied. My experience: 1. Only one man to do everything in the hotel. He keeps on lying in one room and watches TV. You have to go to him if you... More
