I had reserved online and when I reached the hotel, it was totally empty. The rooms were not cleaned for sometime and the bathroom was dirty. We asked for another room and was told to leave the hotel ... extremely poor customer service .. only saving grace was that they refunded the booking amount immediately ... not recommended
