I stayed here with my family in December 2011. Looks good from the outside, but quite weird and tired looking once one enters the rooms. Much better options are available at competitive rates. Position is O.K., but hotel amenities are minimum. Stayed here for only one night.....still regretting my decision to book this hotel !

The location of the property is excellent. The rooms are well ventilated and spacious, The appearance of the building is OK. The staff is reasonably friendly. The buffet breakfast is reasonable. It is a no frills hotel with no place for exercise etc.

This was by far the worst hotel during our trip through Rajasthan. The rooms are old, noisy and very basic and the pool looks like a water treatment plant. On the plus side, the hotel has beautifully painted ceilings, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful and the shop outside that sells miniature paintings is a real find. Bottom... More

Out of 10 hotels in India this was our least favourite by far. The guys on the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The pool is dirty. The rooms are old and dirty. The air con in the room is so noisy it's hard to sleep. The only positive thing I could say was the food was ok (only ok!!).... More

An extremely disappointing experience. As soon as the door was opened we got a musty smell which remained throughout our stay. The mini bar refrigerator was not working in any of the rooms. The service was horrible. No one in the hotel was bothered about the satisfaction of the guest. Would not recommended it to anybody.

1.Came to this place as this is one of the few places which serves non veg in bikaner... but not worth the name of "palace" which they add.yupp can call it an AIRCONDITIONED DHABA. 2.Waited for 10 mimutes before a waiter shows up for the menu... this unexpectadly happened during the afternoon (not so rush hours). 3.The AC makes noise... I was here with my friends around June 2012, which was almost end of the season in Rajasthan. Now, that's not our problem. We visited when we had the time. We checked into this hotel. I was at first impressed with the grand facade and was expecting a modest service. However, my friends were provided a back facing room without... More
