Value for money hotel. Located a bit far from main city. Best part is its located in a mall therefore you do not miss on the necessity items being far from the city. However rooms located at extreme left and right corners have mobile network connectivity issue.

ginger hotel ludhiana is located away from the city, although commuting to the congested city center and is quite fast. however, since it is a part of a shopping mall, the place is extremely isolated late evenings and in the morning. security is also practically non existent, and a new comer to the hotel faces difficulty in locating the entrance... Firstly it is located way outside the city. Secondly the mall seems haunted as no-one could be seen around even at 9 pm. The hotel staff is fine with eagerness to help but there is so little that they could do. They luxuries are bare minimum, the budget hotel tag is taken a bit too seriously. The rooms are small... Had a very unforgettable experience in this hotel(in a bad way). First of all this hotel is all the way across Ludhiana if you're travelling by road from Delhi. It took us an extra hour to get there even at night. (we reached around 11 pm) Once we reached there it was a disheartening sight. The hotel is located inside... More

On our business road trip to Punjab, while returning back to Delhi , our meetings overshot their time and as it was getting late ,we decided to stay in Ginger Hotel - Ludhiana on the Main Highway . It is located in a sparsely occupied Gold souk Mall. The emptiness was quite eerie. The lift to the lobby of the... More

Hotel is nice but i would not suggest since it is very far from the city on Jalandar highway. Rooms are fine, service is bad, may be because it started very recently then. The Internet was always a problem and they were not willing to resolve connectivity issues. I had a bad experience overall. I travelled in December 2010, whereas... More

Though Ginger is situated at the outskirts of the city, it provides value for money as the room charge is 40-50% lower compared to other decent hotels in and around city. Moreover since it is outside the city, you also feel relaxed. However the food quality (buffet) needs lot of improvement - menu item is not upto the mark and... More

I had stayed here for one night. The hotel had arranged a shuttle pick up from railway station (Its far away from the city) but there was communication gap and delay. Hotel was located on one of the top floors of semi-occupied shopping mall with deserted look. I was surprised on reaching the hotel lobby, there was no ambiance and... More

Ginger hotel is a really good budget hotel if you are in Ludhiana for your textile deals. It's very close to the Philaur road where most of the factories are located. A decent hotel which is a little far from the city but still have all the facilities you expect in a hotel. We got a deal and booked around... More

This was the first time I was staying at ginger and as a budget hotel got a real nice bargain online. Hotel had a shuttle Pick up which was on time and afterwards we drove outside the city into a deserted mall with only big baazar working. After reaching the lobby which was very hot I was greeted by staff... More
