The rooms are very comfortable, modern and spacious.Although a 5 star property they only have one resteaurent. The food is good but the portions they... more

We stayed at the Trident hotel for a week after a 3 days stay in the Mayfair hotel just next door. The Mayfair is beautiful, but the service at the Trident is incomparable. The staff is super-ultra friendly and make you feel home away from home. The restaurant is wonderful and the rooms are very cozy. It is cheap than... more

The hotel is excellent and the warmth provided by the staffs feel like coming again and again to stay there. The break fast has variety of items to choose from. It is arranged in such a manner that we have a proper diet. The hotel has lovely swimming pool and the big garden with different types of flower. The garden... more

They have a sign at the airport saying to call for the best rate. The first rate quoted was over Rs 10,000 – a little asking saw this halved – it shouldn't have been necessary as the hotel was almost empty and if that was its attitude to sales deservedly so. With its huge white entrance hall and its endlessly... more

The Trident Hotel was simple and clean and the staff provided excellent service. I was there on business and had several meetings and lunches at the hotel and all of the events went very smoothly. They also arranged a car and driver who was very reliable. The room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the gardens. The only strange... more

My husband and I stayed here for four nights last month, then again for two nights a short time later as we returned early from Puri (disappointed with our hotel there, see separate review). The hotel is wonderful, service second to none and the food excellent - all to be expected as the Oberoi Group owns the Trident Hiltons. [As... more
