It is located right in heart of the city. All city areas are easily accessible. Plus lots of good eating joints are nearby. So the location is a huge plus point. Other than than that everything else is pathetic. Rooms are dingy. Bathrooms are dirty. Acs are not working. Staff is rude. Maintenance is awful. In fact things couldn't be... More

Rates are too high and flooring, toilets, AC are all very old fashioned. Beds are not comfortable. TV is very old. You have to juggle between two remotes to watch programmes. The AC is a split unit but floor mounted and it has no remote. It has to be operated manually, so at night you have to get up and... More

We stayed in a room with western toilet, The toilet was horrible with black stains, if you take room with Indian toilet it stinks with black marks as well, or there is water leakage from the sink tap, the door is also horrible, broken, fungus growing on the inside, and a mirror in which you can't even see your face.... Hotel is quite old but is maintained clean.bedsheets and towels are old but clean. Mineral Water bottles they supply are actually discarded plastic bottles filled with hotel's water (seal was opened and water tastes funny). Saw the concierge shouting at a costumer too. All and all it is a bad hotel, I recommend checking out other hotels nearby.

Had visited this hotel during my trip in Winters. The rooms here are clean, though small, but the furniture has got old and the bathroom was in poor condition. However if one is looking for an economy hotel for a short tour and in the vicinity of heart of the city, then this should suffice the purpose.

I won't rate this hotel great or bad. I think it is a OK hotel if someone is looking for a shelter for a night or so. They allowed me an early check-in that was nice of them. Room was way old but clean.
