We have stayed at the Ginger Pune for 2 days. The hotel does not have room service for the very basic reason that the coming customer does not get to see the room spoilt by the going one and thus making it lesser weight on wallet. Staying in Ginger was a different experience..as a regular traveller we are so used to room service, having food in the room itself..It is bit difficult to adjust for some time..but it is ok later on more

The best part about Ginger is quick check-in. I was in my room, in 10 min flat from the time I entered the hotel. Cleanliness and service are never an issue with Ginger.
