Conveniently located, clean rooms and courteous staff..but for their breakfast which is with very little options and poorly organized at one corner of the hotel. They could provide options besides the South Indian breakfast and provide basic crockery instead of the paper cups provided to have tea/coffee. It was nice experience in Sapna. Next time i'll visit Pune surely stay at same place and expecting same treatment will be provided. All complementary things are good :). Next time i expect that u will provide complementary tea daily not only first day.
