We have make a booking through Yatra.com... for 3 nights for 4 rooms....The hotel staff give us call to vacant the room at 3.00 Am on the 2 nd night..... There is no pantry available in the hotel. No cup of tea is available after 7 Pm and before 7 Am.... There are lots off negative points about rooms though,... More

The rooms of this property are quite dank and dingy. The hotel is however very well located at Nirala Bazaar area which is the main hangout area of Aurangabad. Their sister hotel, Arts executive is also close by. The rooms have no ventilation so if you are looking for a window then look elsewhere.

Stayed at this property a few months ago. This has an amazing locations and there are a lot of foreign nationals who call this home during the winter tourist season. The rooms are decent BUT the cleanliness is a little desired. The towels were dirty and smelly and the toilets needed some cleaning

Stayed here for 3 nights - very well maintained - absolutely no problems. Very helpful staff. Room service is good. Very close to the central bus stand but still present on a relatively silent strech of road.
