The Narayana Palace is a short (5") walk from the main part of town and that's a good thing. It's far enough away that there are no touts, a pretty common issue in Khajuraho. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious, clean and quiet. We asked for a room with a balcony and it overlooked a green area. Room... More

I did not have 24 hour hot water, and the shower had very little water pressure and provided hot water for 5-10 minutes max. Toilet, bathroom sink, and blanket were a bit dirty (though sheets and pillows were clean). No... More

My partner and I stayed here as part of a 6 week backpacking trip around India. After the busy cities in the north like Delhi and Varanasi the peaceful village, beautiful temples, friendly people and hassle free visit to Khajuraho was just what we needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the room was a good size and clean... More

The hotel is a little far from the train station, but not so far to the Western Temple. Many restuarants and shops nearby. The room is quiet and not dirty. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful, and the 24 hours hot water for shower.

Rooms were very basic, but clean. Hot water was pretty hard to come by while we were there (apparently some problem was going on and it is normally available mornings or evenings). However the rooms were inexpensive and the location would put it one of, if not the closest hotel to the town centre and the entrance gates to Khajuraho... More
