We had the worst experience with the owner, a terrible woman who threw us out. We were given our refund and told to leave because we complained that our propane grill wasn't working properly. It was a sad old propane grill that didn't work. She threw such a hissy fit that we complained. She said she was selling the place... More

When we got t bottle house cabins I was received to not see many people and cabins right next to each other because we drove threw ruidoso on way here and there was a ton of people I wanted quiet privacy and defiantly could tell bottle house would provide that. The road to our cabin was little steep made me... More

Bottlehouse Cabins offers a unique, true mountain experience high above the quaint, often-crowded town of Ruidoso. Situated literally up a mountainside, each cabin is expertly placed with privacy and views at a premium with large covered porches. Leave the noise and tourists behind as you enjoy your cozy cabin equipped with all your camping needs and an optional personal hot... More

We booked a room and upon arriving we were met by a very rude woman who made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted!! We didn't even stay. I would suggest to anyone find somewhere else to stay where the staff knows what good customer service is!!

The definition of a cabin is a small, simple house made of wood. The Bottlehouse Cabins are more than that. Much more. If you want to inject some style into your getaway, don’t walk, run to Alto, New Mexico (suburb of Ruidoso). My boyfriend and I stayed at the Travis Cabin, one of the smaller cabins, however it had a... More

Brian was great the time that we were there. However the lady that checked the hot tub, we asked about getting some towels and her response was " if or when there are any washed then we will try and get you some". Unacceptable! She got through checking hot tub and threw her chemicals in the back of her suv... More

Spent one night in the Hideout cabin last week. It was so wonderful! The cabin was spotless, and had everything needed for a great stay. We picked up a few things at a store about 10 minutes away and had a lovely dinner and breakfast on the deck. Hot tub was great for evening and morning soaking. Great place to... More

The Bottlehouse Cabins have a great location if you want to be on the outskirts of the busy town but close enough to go shopping or eat out. They have the perfect atmosphere for being close to the wilderness. The cabins are cozy and I would recommend a larger cabin if you want to have room to stretch out. The... More

I've been to the Bottlehouse Cabins two different times and plan on returning. It is so nice to just sit there on the deck and read a good book among the tall pines, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, etc. The cabins are clean, and have all the kitchen necessities like plates, cookware, stove, fridge, coffee pot to include a propane grill on the... A wonderful weekend getaway. The Hideout cabin is private and off by itself surrounded by the beautiful woods and custom decor. We drank coffee on the deck each morning, watched the sun rise over the mountains, and listened to turkeys gobble down in the valley. Bottlehouse Cabins are out of Ruidoso but close enough to grab a pizza in town... More
