My friend and I stayed in Charlie cabin, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin. The cabin was very clean and very well appointed. I had asked that an ice tray be ready for cocktails and it was. I also asked to have a hair dryer put in our cabin and it was there as well. The bathroom towels are lovely... More

My husband and I stayed at Shannon cabin this weekend, the staff was very friendly and the cabin was adorable. We were greatful for the quite grounds and we did not mind the short drive to Ruidoso at all. We would like to stay here again in the summer, it's a great couples getaway and they graciously accepted our two... More

We just got back from our Spring Break trip and stayed two nights at the BHC (Lillian cabin). The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. We all enjoyed the clean, relaxing 8-person hot tub after a long day of skiing. The cabin states it accommodates 8 people. There are enough beds for 8 people, but the cabin itself is extremely... Management Response to the Above Statement: It is a sad disappointment in our business when we have to allow our property to be damaged and abused by guests who then turn around and lie about to the public in order to escape accountability for it. It is apparent to staff and, likely, loyal guests of Bottlehouse that this person is... More

Our family of 4 stayed in the Sam cabin in the summer. We had a fantastic time! The kids loved the loft area that has two small mattresses, perfect for little ones. The cabin has a kitchen with silverware, bowls, plates, etc. and a fridge. The drive up is a little steep, so we had to get some momentum going... More

I stayed 3 nights over the July 4th weekend. I stayed in Travis, which is a small cozy cabin made for couples. The bed was very comfortable up in the loft. The kitchen had just about everything I needed. Next time I will bring paper plates and bowls. They supplied utensils, pots, pans, and even some seasonings. It was a... More

We stayed 3 nights during the end of 6/2013 (the moon in June). Jennifer was exceptionally helpful with our reservations and cabin selection-greatly appreciated! We had only compliments in regard to the accommodations, service, and overall satisfaction. We wanted to absorb every minute of our stay and we never had any desire to go into town. We frequently just sat... More

We've been coming here for about 5 years now and have had a wonderful experience each and every time. I can't imagine why Jay T is so upset. This is the mountains and these are cabins built on a mountain. Of course, the parking is going to be tiny. If he wanted lots of parking space and bigger showers then... More

I've been going to ruidoso for over 25 years for vacation. I chose this place because of the location. We certainly did not get our money's worth at this place. All cabins are very close to eachother....parking space is very very tiny. The cabins were tiny...looks bigger then what it really is in the photos. It's certainly not worth the... More
