Excellent hospitality and friendly staff. Place is beautiful and the view from the room was amazing. Food was excellent. Beach and Lake is known for ayurvedic treatments - we tried massages and facials

Enjoyed my time at the resort - there for 3 days after tour of Kerala. Staff all very kind although service a little haphazard at times - e.g. took a day to work out the TV was broken, then had to change room and given no help with move. However the food was lovely and the boat to the restaurant... More

The resort is good as the name suggestions it gives a good view of the lake and beach. They got a good swimming pool, good food but expensive. Staffs are very hostile, we just stayed for a night. Rooms are pretty good, if you need a good view of the beach take the rooms on the top.

We came here for a week-long Ayurvedic package stay, and were extremely delighted with what we go. Let's make it clear - this place is primarily for those want to enjoy the Ayurvedic treatments. If you are coming for a non-Ayurvedic holiday, while the resort can accommodate you, it may not be what you want. The morning after checking in,... More

Manager was exceedingly rude to me as there was confusion over my booking, luckily the rest of his staff wee really helpful and efficient I had a 'deluxe' room across the river by the restaurant. These are in desperate need of renovation, dirty burgundy and green bathrooms, with poor water pressure and minimal hot water. Exposed strobe light in the... More

The seafood restaurant was excellent, food was phenomenal. Chef and waiter at the restaurant added to the experience. Overall the hotel is very well maintained, We enjoyed all the... More

It is for those who want a holiday and an Ayurvedic treatment. There is a consultant who advises regarding the kind of treatment required by your body after discussing your ailments. Our room had an amazing sea front and could see waves come and go from the room. The food is good. All in all would reccomend.

The rooms allotted were with lizards. Couldn't sleep the whole night. No welcome drink. Horrible way they received us. Out of 2 rooms one was horribly small. It took us more than half an hour to receive water bottles. The rooms were so bad that next day we had to shell out extra money & huge bargain to get the... More
