Stayed here for just a night between destinations. Room was pretty clean, good location, quiet rooms. The staff isn't too helpful, we has some issues with the wifi connection and it took a while for the receptionist to allow us to reset the router. Other then that, a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful budget room with heaps of character. Stayed here three nights and had the best sleep of our trip so far. Love the all pink decor, windows opening onto windows, half curtain and print of a ship. Very good value and close to the bus stand but not too noisy.

I paid 480 rupees for the room, which was small but suitable for me. The room was reasonably clean and the location is very good, in a quiet street but not too far from the bus- and trainstation. They also provided information about train tables to varkala and were generally kind and helpful. I would stay there again.

Awful place and unhelpful staff. I booked a day ahead for 2 nights and arrived late on the 1st night of my stay. My room was like a greenhouse, there was a full ashtray left on the bedside table, it was riddled with ants, the noise from the street below was deafening, whilst the bathroom was full of mosquitos due... The princess inn is a great place to stay if you're travelling cheaply and if you want to be near the train station. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable enough. Nothing fancy. The bathroom was a bit scrubby and we had a bit of plumming trouble but it was hardly a... More

Clean Double room for 570 rupees with ensuite and cable TV. Good location near the main road but just far enough away so not too noisy. Pleasant staff, however my only criticism would be there was very little tourist information, as most of the other guests were business men. Good place to stay for a short stop in Trivandrum.

As a Canadian-Indian woman who has traveled to India many times I was appalled at my experience here. The Princess Inn was CRAWLING with bedbugs. After spending a couple hours in my room I noticed them and tried to leave. The manager and his son slapped me, held me by my wrists, and tried to lock me into the hotel as... More

The hotel is quite close to the central railway station, and has the cheapest rates out of about 10 places on that road I inquired in. The room with fan was not very big, but it was very clean. The shower had the highest water pressure I've had in India - a nice change. The hotel offers a laundry service... More
