We went to this hotel as part of a tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. We upgraded to a room with a view over the trees rather than through the trees and had a spectacular view. Location is good, up in the hills. Nice people, the staff were courteous. Spa is good, in the steam bath the steam was not getting generated. Food was good, can cater for indian tastes... breakfast spread was average. Climbing to some rooms is a stretch esp from the spa is quite a steep one.

It was a very good hotel the food was very good &it was very relaxing atmosphere, though travelling from Kochi Airport to Thekkady was a bit longer than expected but after seeing the place we were fascinated. Nature at its best Even our kid had a lot of fun.
