We stayed at Micky's Homestay last february. It was my first trip to India and I wasn't dissapointed. The rooms were simple but had everything you needed and the owners are great people and very friendly. Its well located for all the local tours and restaurants. Will definitely be going back there.

The rooms were beautiful, but they were let down by the extremely noisy location. There are much better options elsewhere in town. Me and my wife spent 3 nights at Mickey and where not so impressed, First day we saw monkey excrement on the terasse and tought it will be cleaned but 3 days after it was still there. Location is good, but there are so many other places on that street, that I recommend to visit the other before going there.... More

Arrived at the end of season for 2 nights in Kumily, dropped in at Mickey's and got e beautiful room on the upper floor with balcony, yasmin flowers arround. View into the trees. Loved that very much. Very friendly family with many possibilities to help you with your tourist's wishes.

Mickeys Homestay is a very nice and comfortable homestay.The owners are very hospital.It´s located in a quiet neighborhood near to the main road of Kumily.We had the garden cottage,which is equipped with a european styled bath(hot water),TV and mosqitonet.You can sit on the little terrace in the small backyard garden and enjoy some wildlife,like wild boars and many birds.

Spent a week at Mickey's after staying three nights at the Periyar House in the park. Had the front room with the balcony. Lots of birds and naughty monkeys to watch in amongst the coffee plants.
