I have been staying at this hotel during my previous 3 visits to calicut in two months. Good rooms,good service,location,wide spread for breakfast etc are the pros. No Wifi except at reception,no gym,dirty linen in bathrooms are the cons.

I stayed here last year in June on a vacation to Wayanad. Loved this hotel so much that we stayed here on our way back as well. Room was neat and tidy and the a/c was working, thank God! We had complimentary breakfast which was nice.

hotel marina residency having clean and comfortable room with good location. good quality and tasty food they serve. hotel staffs are so nice and helpful. Hotel is in a good locality and heart of the calicut city.

I would give this hotel a 4 star but negative point is the entrance... in the front there is some offices and a Bank, so morning till evening it is full of crowd, Parking problem most of the time, going to restaurant from hotel we faces many outside people because of the offices...if you are couple and for holiday this... I have been hear bfore but 2years back rooms need painting the room they give through net bookings is not good the beds are with sharp edges can hert very badly and it happened to all of usotherwise the staff is good vry cooperative location is good bfast is hood very polite but language problem

The Marina Residency is located a short rickshaw ride from the railway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and well kept.
