Neema and Francis made me feel very welcome. The room was large and the bed comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the Kerala breakfasts. The Homestay is on Vypee Island, conveniently close to the ferry terminals.

An immaculate house with much history, full of memorabilia from around the world. 2 beautiful air conditioned rooms on the first floor, within the family home. We were warmly welcomed into the family. Prasad has intereting stories to tell and Neema is an excellent cook providing great meals and a cooking lesson if asked. The ferry to Fort Cochin is... We have stayed at many guesthouses around the world and this is one of our favourites. Neema is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for her or her husband. The home cooking is to die for and something we will crave for years to come. The house is beautifully restored with love and is kept immaculate.

Having never stayed in a homestay I was a little unsure , however from our arrival Neema and her husband Prasad made us feel part of the family . Our room was really comfortable and the house was a combination of history and antiques and homely comfort . Don't come here if your on a diet as Neema loves nothing... More

I was late getting to this property and these people were genuinely worried for me. They obviously would go out of their way for any guest. They are attentive to the nth degree. The couple have traveled the world themselves together as the husband is a long time captain of oil tankers in all the oceans of the world. This... More

The Bungalow Heritage Homestay is an excellent heritage house with modern touch and exquisite interior design. Though young, our host Neema has lived in this house for decades and is well versed with the local culture. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned and well lit; the bathroom was clean, spacious, and more or less equipped with amenities. More importantly, Neema's cooking... More

We enjoyed our stay here recently. The bungalow is an attractive property in an ideal location, being very quiet, but within easy reach of Fort Kochi. Our hosts were very welcoming and extremely helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. On occasion, we did feel rather "overwelmed" by the presence of... The first words we heard when we arrived here were: "welcome home!" And what a delightful welcome and home Neema, Prasad and their daughter Olivia share with their guests. Their home and it's contents are magnificent and have been passed from one generation to the next for many generations. Neema is fastidious in her attention to detail. Their home is... More

Neema said we were the first family of Greek background to stay with her and she really enjoyed having us with her. We had a very restful and relaxing stay. We couldn't leave after only one day and extended it to 3 days! Lucky to find you, even harder to leave. Felt like we were a real part of your... More
