The first words we heard when we arrived here were: "welcome home!" And what a delightful welcome and home Neema, Prasad and their daughter Olivia share with their guests. Their home and it's contents are magnificent and have been passed from one generation to the next for many generations. Neema is fastidious in her attention to detail. Their home is... More

Neema said we were the first family of Greek background to stay with her and she really enjoyed having us with her. We had a very restful and relaxing stay. We couldn't leave after only one day and extended it to 3 days! Lucky to find you, even harder to leave. Felt like we were a real part of your... More

Neema and Prasad could not have done more to help us. Neema's assiduous attention to detail is truly extraordinary, from the cleanliness of the rooms to her extensive breakfasts which were a real labour of love. Prasad had lots of fascinating stories, notably about his life as a sailor and the history of the house and family. The house was... More

A wonderful experience of a home in a lovely part of Port Kochin. The hosts open up their home and offer a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to help. The new year celebrations were amazing. Of special note was the end of year ritual burning of Santa.

We stayed at Neema and Prasad's for four nights before New Years. From the very start of our stay they were extremely hospitable and provided numerous suggestions on how to navigate the Kochi area and had a lot to tell us about restaurants, site seeing and local history. The bungalow itself is charming, comfortable and, like the city of Kochi,... More

After a long day travelling we were welcomed into Neema and Prasad's beautiful home with great kindness. Our room is perfect, and we ate a fabulous Christmas dinner Kerala style. There is plenty to explore in the immediate area on foot, and I learned much history from conversations with Prasad. Neema gave up much of her time on a busy... More

We stayed at the bungalow for three nights during a holiday in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Luckily we spent Xmas day here and even though we had been told about Neema's wonderflul cooking it went far beyond our expectations and I think it would be fair to say that we had never experienced such wonderful Indian food. Not only that,... More

A beautiful place, well maintained and kept in great shape. The family is great and the best of all is the fantastic breakfast which Neema takes a lot of time to prepare. The location is great, too, just a brief ferry ride away from Fort Kochi. Would come back any time !

Neema, Prasad and their daughter, Olivia, provide an experience that really feels as though one is visiting old family friends. Well organised, very welcoming and friendly - a stay in their home is perfect if you are looking for a more personal, engaging and charming experience. Highly recommended.

Very special time in Kerela and Neema and this homestay made our short trip a very memorable one. Went out of her way to assist and ensured everything was perfectly organised. The homestay exceeded expectations and added a very special touch to our trip staying with a local family for a short time. Will definitely recommend.
