Beware, travelling with a group of friends and family, we had four rooms booked at this hotel. Without warning, or refund so far, my booking was cancelled less that a month before I was due to arrive. The booking was paid in full at the time of booking! more

Very clean rooms. The receptionists are very very nice and will help you with anything you need. The food was really spicy, but still good. The cook came and asked us what we wanted and said he would make anything whether it was on the menu or not. If you get the time, take the houseboat in Alleppey. the hotel... more

We were going to Munnar and planned to stay in kochi for a day. We stayed in Time Square. We chose an executive room RS1950. It was centrally air conditioned, medium sized, very clean with a good bathroom. The room was due for re-decoration and had a rather musty, damp smell. The hotel is in Ernakaulam in a quiet street close to the railway station and main ferry terminal. It suited us as it was a one night stopover... more

A hotel in a central location of Ernakulam just celebrated its first anniversary. Clean rooms, especially helpful staff and good value excellent Keralan food in the restaurant. We were given the room already at 8.30 in the morning and were given great service throughout our stay. more
