Mrs. Leelu's cooking class is a must-do activity in Cochin. Her warm and friendly personality combined with delicious recipes made it a perfect experience! We can't wait to test out her recipes when we get back to New York. more

Leelu helped us so much - my wife's baggage was lost by Air France and didn't turn up until 7 days after we arrived in India. We gave Leelu Homestay as a delivery address and Leelu took delivery and kept the bag for us until we were able to return, having completed a lot of visits to other locations in... more

Leelu's Homestay is the best I hv stayed in Kerala, highly recommendable to any couple. She is wonderful to guide you for all your stay in Fort cochin if not for Kerala -for places to visit. Rooms are perfect with huge bathrooms- spick & span. its really a HOME SWEET HOME !!!!!!!!! Location of the homestay accessable to Ferry/Bus station......... more

Leelu's Homestay is a cut above the others. We felt welcomed and were encouraged to see Kochi and given great advice about restaurent. The only thing is the website says that breakfast was included for all guests but that was not the case when we were there this month.... They may have changed their policy but have not updated the... more

Found details for Leelu's in the Rough Guide. Leelu and her husband along with Marshall the very large Golden Retreiver were extremely welcoming. The room was airy and clean and the whole set up had a great atmosphere. Leelu's cookery class was really good, highly recommended. Cochin was pretty busy when I was there and the Roy's were going out... more

My wife,daughter and myself attended Leelu's cooking class earlier this month. While we were there she showed us the accomodation which was clean and neat. A place I would consider the next time we visit Cochin. more

Perfect location in Fort Kochi, great rooms, spotlessly clean. And Leelu cares about your trip, organizes everything for you, even on short note. All of that for a ridiculously small price. If I go to Kochi again, I will come to Leelu again. more

We found this hometsay in the Rough Guide 2008 and booked via email. Leelu was very welcoming. The room was large, clean and homely. The keralan cooking class with Leelu is higly recommended. more
