Hotel had a strange odor as we walked in. The room also had this odor. Kind of needed airing! Front desk did not honor the rate given to me by a reputed travel agent in Kochi. Insisted they had a different rate confirmed despite my showing them the email confirmation with the price. Food was nothing to write home about....... more

We chose this for the proximity to the airport. It feels and acts like a business hotel, so 'does the job'. Buffet food is good value for money - no alcohol. The appearance is very nice until you walk into the restaurant - this place had the most disgustingly filthy dirty tableclothes as well!
