This hotel is pretty terrible, not recommended!! Certainly the worst we stayed in on our 3.5 week trip around India (mind you we stayed in Oberois elsewhere)... The only saving grace was the Fort Kochi restaurant next door (I think it's part of the hotel but it is physically separate). Try the flame grilled fish in banana leaves - stunning!! more

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour. Hotel was a bit out of Cochin so maybe not very accessible for individual travellers but was fine for us. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they gave us a discount on our lunch. Lovely meal, had the buffet so could try all the different things on offer.... more

Being on Willingdon Island it is in the middle of an industrial area, offering no options for the visitor other than a cab into the main tourist areas around the fort.
