We stayed at Spice Holidays whilst travelling through India in November. We were actually supposed to be staying somewhere else but the booking fell through and Spice Holidays was recommended to us, and I'm very glad! The room that we stayed in was clean, bright and airy. The owner was very very helpful, and gave us a much appreciated history... More

This little gem of a hotel/homestay is located on a quiet street, and while the rooms are simply decorated (to the point of being spartan) they are nonetheless comfortable and spotlessly clean. The room was bright and surprisingly spacious. The air conditioning worked well. My only complaint is the wifi connection wasn't reliable. Spice Holidays is a budget friendly hotel... More

I was a single traveller but had a double room on upper floor with doors opening onto a playing field at back. Lots of space and light - wonderful, Really nice and clean with friendly owner, who was there if help or advice was needed, but was discretely in the background when not. No one bothered me - it's what... More

As our previous homestay had been pre-booked by others, we decided to move a little closer to the port. We had no regrets with our choice, and found Spice Garden to be a lovely place to spend a few days. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly - we shared some excellent discussions, humour (the longi tyeing lesson was great... More

Spice Holidays is a wonderful little place tucked into a quiet and very accessible street, right beside the ‘tourist centre’ – Princess St. This is a new place, in-between a hotel and a homestay. The new building is bright and new with clean white walls, and good bathrooms with modern fittings. The rooms in the old building – ground floor,... More

great location in a quite street. the building in the back is all new but there are also some cheaper rooms downstairs in the main building. in the back of the building there is a large empty field and across of it a mosque, so if you dont like to wake up early this might not be the place for... Spice holidays is a very pretty place with very clean, beautiful rooms (I was in the new building) and is very well located in the center of Fort Cochi. The owner and his wife are very helpful and friendly, and if you ask early enough, they will cook the most delicious masala dosa for your breakfast, yummy ! I would... More

The hotel is located in Fort Kochi which is the touristic place of the city. We were very close to the sea and the chinese nets. The room was okay but quite humid and with very little natural light as located in the ground floor. The price was okay : 400 rupees / night. The hotel is run by a... More

Stayed only one night but found it a relaxing and quiet place in the middle of all the activities of Fort Kochin.  The rooms are of reasonable size, clean and most importantly have good mosquito nets on all windows. The included sheets and towels were an unexpected convenience, the owner happily offered us a knife and cutting board for fruits we...
