It's an old building, it's VERY clean, it's owned by the most charming family, they give great information/advices, it has a good wifi, hot water, the best location in town and it's very reasonably price (cheap!). We would stay here again next time, been with all the boutique hotels in Kochi!

We arrived Fort Cochin while it was pouring cats and dogs, and luckily we landed at Spice Holidays. The owner, Mr Anthony, was very kind and gave us some very good tips on places to see in Kerala. He is also a good person to talk to regarding the history of Fort Cochin. The rooms are quiet decent and absolutely... More

This homestay is a really nice place to start your trip in Kerala. Anthony, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, with lovely views across a playing field. The ensuite bathroom had a great shower which I have found to be rare in India! There was plenty of very hot and very cold water whenever... More

Top marks for Antony, a perfect gentlemen. His wife, Leila, is so nice. She even gave me and my wife and a friend a chicken biriani, free of charge, for my birthday. The homestay is clean and right in the middle of town. Our stay was exceptionally pleasant and we felt as if we had made friends. The atmosphere was truly... More

I stayed at the Spice Holiday guest house in late December of last year. The rooms are clean and spacious and reasonably priced, even for budget travellers. The bathroom is similarly clean and roomy with a good shower that has warm water. The house itself is beautiful with a very calm atmosphere. I found this place to be one of... More

Had a clean, simple room for good price during busy Christmas season. Staff were helpful and friendly, and happy to make good food recommendations which was appreciated. Bathrooms had hot water and felt very safe. Thank you for our stay!

We had a good stay here. The price was pretty good and the room is clean and has plenty of room including a big bathroom. I enjoyed going up to the roof and looking around. The family who runs it is friendly and the owner was very helpful.

We managed to get a room for a good price in busy season. We were struggling to find accommodation in the more well known places of Fort Kochi and stumbled across this place and very glad we did. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, big bathroom, all very clean. It has a beautiful atrium too.... More

On arriving in Fort Cochin I walked around a bit to find a reasonably priced place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised when I came across Spice Holidays. Antony and his wife Leila were lovely hosts and their property was spotless and welcoming. I especially loved the greenery in their small courtyard garden. They would turn on hot water for... More

After looking a little bit around Fort Kochi we decided to stay here. The price was reasonable and the room clean and tidy. Anton, the owner, kindly gave us some useful bits of information whenever we asked him. Only complain was the internet, which was gone for longer periods.
