This hotel is located at the heart of the Fort Cochin. Attractions like Chinese fishing nets, Santa Cruz Basilica are at walking distance from the hotel. You can take an auto rickshaw and visit the other attractions like Mattancherry Palace museum, Jewish Synagogue very easily. Coming to the hotel, please remember the check in time is 1300 Hrs. We reached... More

If you are looking for a quiet reasonably priced hotel you will not do better in Cochin. The rooms are big, bright and clean. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms but is fine in the lobby. The rooftop pool is a real suntrap and a great place to spend a few hours. The real hidden gem in this... More

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel staff are friendly. The service in the restaurant is a little slow and the food is average. The location is in the heart of Fort Cochin. Very easy to pick up a tuk tuk and visit the local attractions. It's fine for a short stay and reasonably priced.

Arrived at Tissa's place a couple of days ago and was greeted with the best ginger punch ever - much needed after a long flight from the UK. The room was immaculate with air con, hot shower and wifi. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and will do just about anything to accomodate you. We really enjoyed having a... More

We really wanted to love this hotel. It’s brightly lit, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, with big smiles all around. The rooms are gorgeous and outfitted with A/C, an overhead fan, tea/coffee-making facilities, TV, phone, basic toiletries, and extra towels. (No conditioner or blowdryer though, which seem like oversights in this price range.) The rooftop pool... More

A great find in walking distance of all the interesting parts of Fort Kochi. Lovely room with excellent air conditioning, which was necessary when we were there. Food in the restaurant was good too, although not much ambience as it was quiet 3rd week of March. Hotel contains some lovely antiques, and the owner has several shops where you can... More

We arrived hot and bothered from the airport and were welcomed with a cool ginger punch and sat under a fan until we were revived. During the checking in procedure our bags were taken from the taxi and put in our room with great efficiency. After a short rest in the our spacious and cool bedroom Christina and Sanitha supplied... Lovely welcoming staff and fantastic position. Walk to everything within minutes. It is very very clean and the pool area makes for a great area to relax (but put on your mosquito repellant in the evening!) Our room was dark as the curtains had to be permanently closed due to the proximity of another house. A net curtin might be... More

Beyond professionalism As a diplomat stationed in New Delhi with frequent 'out of station' trips, I have seen quite a lot of different hotels in India as well as in the world. I have also spent festive occasions with my family - like Christmas and New Year - in Delhi top hotels like The Oberoi, The Imperial and ITC Maurya.... More

First thing you notice is the beautiful antiquities that fill the 9 room Hotel while enjoying a delicious ginger infused welcome drink (Cochin is famous for it's ginger). We stayed 2 nights and the staff went out of their way to make our time very pleasant. Loved the fresh seafood and Indian curries. I had the best grilled Calamari ever,... More
