Great hotel in Fort Cochin and great value for money. It has all amenities you would need- a pool to chill out, great rooms, nice showers, good restaurant. It is located behind the fence so you don't hear the street noise, but it is still very close to the tourist attractions which you can reach either by foot or short... More

Beautiful house in Fort Cochin. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Young crew, very efficient and eager to please. Very close to city center and still very quiet. Inside patio with a swimming pool and lounge chairs to relax under the shade.

This is a great place to stay. We stayed here in one of the cottages which are beautiful with an amazing bathroom. The staff are fantastic , really helpful and informative. It was our anniversary during our stay and they decorated the room with flower petals , it was a lovely touch. One of the top three places I've stayed... More

We stayed in a ground floor room, and thought it was excellent. We walked to the harbor area with the fishing nets quite easily taking in the Basilica in the way. The walk to Jew Town was long and hot, but worth the trouble. In the restaurant, I had the catch of the day on the first night which was... More

Arriving in india this was the first stopping point. The food was lovely and the staff kind and polite.....To me , the location was a little way from the main harbour/sights so choose somewhere nearer to the fishing nets if you like to be closer to the town. The hotel is lovely but avoid the ground floor rooms. It could be... More

Great old colonial place to stay. Unfussy, but the staff are attentive and always helpful. Very central for Fort Cochin......the old part of Cochin, but an oasis amongst the hubbub of Indian life. The only downside,if you like a drink with your meal or in the garden, you are out of luck.....it is a dry establishment.

A lovely hotel, big spacious bathroom with an enormous shower head. The restaurant was delightful and the food amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, just a really nice place to stay. We went off to do a houseboat trip on the backwaters for a few days but went back to the Tea Bungalow for a long lazy lunch on our... More

This place was once the Brooke Bond Tea Managers residence. Very nice place with large rooms and a small pool. Food was quite good but it would have been nice to have some wine with it. The place appears to be run by a very young group of people but they do a good job.

We spent four very relaxing days here. The room was spacious and full of genuine character. It was the only hotel on our trip to Southern India which had unlimited free internet access. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the only minor niggle is that the hotel is dry, and on a hot afternoon or with our meals a... More
