I stayed in this hotel with my family two times. It is located in the heart of the city in M G Road. Rooms are very good, reasonably priced, good service and my family enjoyed the stay there. Attached restaurant served tasty vegetarian food. Staff are cordial.

We reached there but as shown on their website its not 500-700 mtrs but 7 Km away from City Railway station where most outstation trains arrive. It was my business trip and the stay at Woodlands Ernakulam was not at all good. They are not ready to accept the Cleartrip confirmation voucher through my laptop or SMS. They physically need a paper printout. Frequent electricity failure, second day the AC was not working properly, not providing us invoice are the other issues.
