It was my worst experience to stay in this hotel. Staff is arrogant and non helpful. Rooms are terribly dirty and without basic facilities like lights, etc. The hotel appears more like a haunted house than a hotel. Please avoid staying here even if youre getting a brilliant deal.

THIS PLACE IS QUITE AWFUL - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I have had the misfortune of staying here before but was told the dump was being refurbished. In fact only part of the "restuarant" area has been tided up - the hotel remains jaw-droppingly awful. If you want staff who have to put up with constant complaints from guests, dirty rooms,... Hotel is located on Church Street, adjacent to MG Road Metro Station and very close to Brigade Road. Hotel is around 8-10 years old. Good infrastructure but poorly maintained. Restaurant was non operational when we visited. Hotel is ok to spend a night but not recommended for families on holiday or someone who wish to spend time in hotel.

Location is good. The room I stayed S 315 is spacious. Towels are clean and they clean the room every day. No problems with hot water as said elsewhere.Customer service is good. The hotel is under renovation. The Manager Asif and his staff Guru,Venkatesh,Lokesh were all helpful.

Poor in room and overall up keeping. Customer service was not practice here. The plus is its location. Situated right behind MG Station Metro. Ameneties all within walking distance such as food and cafe , branded stores, mini market and so on.

Expensive, no towels, no water in shower, inner room light switches not working, telephone not working, animal poop in hallways, cigarette buds in hallways, rat traps scattered around, smelly with some kind of "air freshener"to hide all of the odors making me hold my nose, in the storeroom behind the reception a utility room with large bunches of wires tangled- a... Had bad experience with this hotel. First buffet breakfast was not that great. Room is average. Toilet couldn't explain. Taps doesn't work. Air condition doesn't cool. Overall not worth for money. Will not come back again.
