I was pleased that the hotel sent someone to pick me up at the airport, and one of the bell staff was very nice. BUT: when I went to use the bathroom in my room, it was filthy (in ways that I will not describe); and when I called housekeeping, they basically just sent someone up with a rag --... more
The atmosphere inside the hotel is very warm, the only commets i have concern the guides that are suggested by the travel desk. Apart from that the girls at the reception are lovely and they staff around are very helpfull. I will come back again. more
