I regularly patronise the Capitol for my business trips. The warmth and hospitality of the staff is excellent and are more cordial. Had been to this hotel to attend a training from Jan 10-12. This was the most badly maintained hotel that i've been to. The washroms had broken taps, water logging on the floors, no paper napkins available... was really a badly experience.
