One of the better Gateways - nice rooms and food especially at the Karavali Rest was exceptional more
Overall a really comfortable stay, lovely rooms, felt very secure with all the safety checks. Very quiet despite being on main road, no noise from traffic in the evenings so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. Choice at breakfast was probably the best I've ever seen at any hotel. It was always nice to get back to the hotel after a long day of working. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and in excellent condition. The longer you stay the more you'll love the Taj... and thats what someone had told and I cant help but agree. Its always been a pleasent and peaceful stay at the Taj, be it the luxury of the wonderfull rooms or just the buildings that one gets to be in. Taj Gateway is just opposite the Bangalore Turf Club.... more
Taj Gateway is the poorest of the three Taj Hotels in Bangalore. Having said that, it is a great location. Bang in the middle of the city. very close to the retail destination. Food is average. staff is good. there was some construction/rniovation on which was disturbing to us. other than that, experience was good. property is not very luxurious more

It is located in the heart of the city. The hotel is well connected to the commercial & shopping compleses and all other important locations one has to go see around Bangalore. Good for small stays central location just in line to MG road good for shopping 37-38 KM from Airport but in center of bangalore more
We stayed at the hotel on our wedding night. It was definitely a cozy place and would love to have spent more time there. more
