As is evident from my title this was my first stay at this hotel and to this day it has been the most delightful hotel experience in an indian hotel..i had made a reservation (luxury room) over a weekend which guaranteed a complimentary upgrade to the club room however it did not come with the same club floor services like... more

Have been traveling for business for over 30years, staying in the finest 5 star hotels to tents and tree houses. Never have I met hotel staff members as effecient, genuinely friendly and helpful as thos at the Taj West End. The best place I've been too. Period~ more
