Just came back from spending 14 nights in this hotel. All staff are so polite and friendly. The maid cleaning room 2018 was very creative and folded litte animals out of ordinary towels. But all staff treated me like was I royal. I'll certainly come back.

Again a top class hotel which speaks of the ITC hospitality. The hotel is a heritage property renovated and speaks a lot of the green flora and fauna around it. The interiors are stunning and the rooms are perfect with high roof, The restaurants are fantastic and the service exemplary.

Visited Bangalore on official trip & stayed in ITC Windsor for a Official meet.Hotel is OLD but well maintained.Lobby gives a traditional look.Staff is very courteous they will make you feel very special.Coming to fooding,i liked the breakfast most.You can enjoy freshly made paratha or dosa with great taste.
