Service overall is quite solid. The staff is very friendly and courteous. We stayed on the tower side... the rooms overall are showing signs of age. One night, my colleague woke up to a fire caused by the AC... gladly he was able to get out of the room before anything serious happened. more

Have stayed at the ITC Windsor a few times for business, and it's a good choice for central Bangalore. Tower wing rooms are relatively spacious and well-appointed, though just about due to be refurbished. As a Starwood Gold member I am usually upgraded to the Tower Wing, which includes free breakfast (a delicious, varied buffet) evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.... more

The hotel is OK but did not met up to my expectations of an ITC sheraton. Maybe because I was staying in the Old wing ( heard the rooms in the new wing is much better) , but the rooms felt very old , furniture was old , and the musty carpet is begining to show. I am quite particular... more

Hotel Windsor is a old charming hotel, with a great ambience. it is one of the oldest hotels in Bangalore. The rooms are quite spacious (with a giant flat screen TV!), with all the comforts.
