The rooms were acceptably clean but lack of proper maintenance seen in some faulty electrical and plumbing installations. Common lift for shopping center and hotel is inconvenient. However, calm location and easy traffic connectivity are positives. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. 24 hour checkout time is convenient.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city so was able to go shopping area such as brigade road and commercial road. The staff were very supportive, the food was good. There is a Resturant spiga on top which serve Italian cuisine very nice food. Will surely come back.And will recommend to my friends.
