Costs a little more than the average budget place but you get your money's worth. Nice, professional hotel with a general feel of efficiency. Very nice and cheap restaurant attached. I did have one major qualm and that's that the hot water tap was missing, meaning I couldn't get any hot water at all. Was quite distressing at the time

Stayed here an route down to kerala. We arrived at 8am and left at 8pm- was fine as a place to nap, shower and store bags, but not much else. Clean small basic room, passable service, but absolutely no character. Its only 10-15 mins walk to the train station. It seemd quite good value as Bangalore is a bit expensive.... More

Moved room once because of cockroach infestation. Staff try their best to be unhelpful. No water in the morning when most people have a shower. After checkout hotel refused to look after a bag for 1 hour meaning I had to carry all my stuff around while I did my final errands before leaving Very unhelpful

During my last stay, I found this hotel more clean and organized well maintained and properly managed. This is 7 story building having 110 rooms with lift facility. At any given time of the day or night you will get accommodated by the cordial and supportive staff. This is near to KSRTC, Railway Station and business hub. You are well... More

Nothing wrong with this large, business-oriented hotel. The advantage of it being quite near the station is a disadvantage in that this is 4km from the city centre but an auto to the centre is only 50-60 rupees if you can get the driver to use the meter. My basic room was cleanish (a layer of dust on the pipes... More

We arrived at 5:00 am, reception opened at 5:30 so we didn't have to wait long. Got a room on the 5th floor, and to be honest, i couldn't complain. It was fairly clean, not to much noise, no weird smells. When i read the other reviews here I think me and my girlfriend just got lucky but maybe there... More

We were searching for a clean budget hotel in bangalore, and upon the recommendation in the lonely planet, arrived at this place. it looked reasonable enough, and we had just arrived on an overnight train, so we wanted to check in and leave our stuff to wander around the city. we were taken up to our room, the staff was... I killed 5 cockroaches during the night. When I told the manager in the morning he refused to come and check. There is no cloak room for your bag. The receptionist is a lier even refusing to lend me his pen for a few minutes. I asked to see the manager but the receptionist refused to join him telling me... More

First of all great location close to train but in a seedy area. Room was overpriced, most expensive room we stated in after three months in Nepal and India. 1250 for a double. Had hot water but no hot water tap that was mysteriously absent. When we asked for one they said something in Hindi and laughed saying no. Beds... More
