I have been to Bangalore many times for my business trips and stayed in different hotels.This one is my worst experience. The Hotel staff are professional and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed at the Bel Air for two nights , and the level of service projected by this hotel turned out more than expected. The hotel has only very basic amenities , but the service more than compensated. Staff were cooperative , especially the Front office staff who were even very flexible with the check out timings. more
