I stayed for 3 nights at hotel new mamta and it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, well located and has good hot water. The highlight however, is the hotel staff. They are very friendly and most of all extremely helpful. Be sure to chat with them if you have the time.

Very average hotel with poor maintenance and services. However the good point is its location near Dal Lake. The roadside is very noisy and causes problems in sound sleep. Room is damp and poor quality lighting. Television set is old. Overall a poor experience. However restaurant is poorly maintained but food is pure vegetarian.
