First the disclaimer: I could not stay at Blooming Dale because it is pretty difficult to book your stay at Blooming Dale as reservations get over very early! But I had an opportunity to visit the place and meet Mr. Firdaus - owner of Blooming Dale. So here goes my review... Blooming Dale is definitely going to be your 'home... more

I had visited Srinagar during the first week of May 2007. I happen to visit Blooming Dale during my stay and spent a day with Firdaus Ahmed the owner of the hotel. He really gives an excellent personal service to the visitors in terms of sightseeing, breakfast serving or shopping. He also did entertain the tourists with some wonderful songs... more

We were not sure where we are going. After landing at the Srinagar airport we were more sort of hmmmm scared and as was agreed Mr. Firdous (from Blooming Dale) was there to recieve us and we drove to city and reaching boulevard we were in a way pleased that we were to stay near city and Dal Lake.
