I had a wonderful experience here . This is a decent hotel with personalised feel of service. Rooms are nice and spacious . Staff is quite courteous and attentive. The food was also excellent.Location is one of the best as it is situated near the Dal lake.

I stayed from 13th July to 16th July (2 rooms)...... tariff was ok...... rooms were spacious n clean..... room service / restaurant service was very very poor..... you have to remind ur order at-least 2-3 times........ food quality was very bad....... no mobile charging point in the room......... every-time we had to send our mobile to the reception or restaurant... its the worst kind of staying experience i have faced during my recent trip...terrible service with immature staffs ,uttimately had to cancel my stay at the hotel and shift to other place. food served at the restaurant is not upto mark and the worst of the location is that you dont have any proper eatery around.
