The hotel is centrally located , a little off the lake road and it was easy to get to the shopping areas, parks etc.

The place looked new and clean. The rooms were basic, with enough storing space, two chairs , a dressing table ,television and telephone.The bathrooms were clean though the corners looked like they could do with a bit of scrubbing. The view out of the window was the other wing of the hotel and we could see right into other rooms.

They had timings for the hot water supply to the bathriooms, which was fair enough , but the shower had a disconcerting habit of sending out a jet of cold water in the middle of a hot shower! And sometimes it stopped altogether.

The restaurant was moderately good and the buffet meals served hot and clean. I do not know if they served a la carte.

What was really lacking was service with a smile . The room service personnel were grouchy, inspite of generous tips, no good morning, thank you , have a pleasant... more
