We stayed in the new hotel, there is an older one apparently right by its side. We were a big group and stayed here in 2 rooms combined into 1 (2 double beds), which could easily accommodate 6 people. Bathrooms were clean, rooms had tv and showers had hot water. Nothing really to complain about. I would recommend this place... More

Clean and well done up rooms, comfortable beds and hot water - badly needed in the winters when you're climbing upto Vaishnodevi. One tip could be to be a bit careful of the water served. Additional beds could be tricky and unstable. Staff is just courteous enough to not be complained about.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good service. Helipad drop and pick up service is provided at additional cost of Rs.200. Closer to the market and helipad. Tea was great. We did not eat there.

Good clean room, with all basic amenities. Good location, helpful staff. They even arranged an early check-in and provided us with room service late in the night. Complimentary drop-off to the heli-pad was also arranged by the hotel. Would like to stay in the hotel again.

Stay was very comfortable. Staff was very co-operating and helpful. They have taken care of our needs. Location is very near to Main bus stand. So no need for a cab/taxi. Love to stay again in this hotel.
