Out side looks of the hotel like 3 star hotel but they are not provide any facility like no hot water, AC is not working properly, lift is out of order. cleaniness of the rooms is very very very poor. cleanliness of the bathroom/ toilet is not good. Room service is quite good. in sort, it is not family hotel.

the experience was one of the very worst i ever had in my life.... the bed was uncomfortable like anything... the interior was sick and filthy... bathroom was hell.... ceilings/lights were not fixed... wash basin was blocked... i will give 0.5/10.... the food was good though... rest was forgettable...
