I just stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the experience was horrible. Their actual charge for the room is much less that what they show on the website. Wrong billing and poor service. Please avoid this hotel at any cost. During my stay I saw most of the customers leaving dissatisfied.

We booked the hotel for 4 days in manali. The room was very small and not maintained properly. Though the room service was good, the hotel cannot be recommended for people who look for a good stay. The food was good.There are other too good hotels to stay in manali.

The hotel is quite old and not well maintained. The breakfast that is included is not good. Low priority for hygiene. Only positive thing is it's proximity to main city (10min walk) but certainly not value for money.

The hotel is located at very beautiful location. We can see Rohtang mountain from the balcony of the hotel. The hotel room has wooden floor and ceiling has glasses. It is very good hotel for family. Room service is also very good.

The rooms are awesome specially the one i got was a River View with bath tub. The moment you look from the window you see the river flowing as you look up you would see the snow clad peaks.. Just amazing feeling. Awesome Staff, good food.
