Writing this review four years after staying there for two nights in early June 2011 .. Easy check in despite being in at very early hours around 5 am with prompt response to call regarding location.. Lovely ambience and amazing cafe with music n board games.. Looking forward for another stay.

The first thing that hits you when you enter your roon in Drifter's Inn is just how warm and comfy it is as compared to the cold outside. We had just a day in Manali and Drifter's Inn was a great part of it. The room was small clean and cozy. Having come down after trekking in the Parvati Valley,... More

Amazing food .. we were 7 (4 adults + 3 kids), and ordered a whole variety of veg + non-veg food. Service could have been slightly faster. Ambience is very cozy, with comfortable chairs and ground level seating .. However, when full the place seems a bit congested. Price is OK.

Last time i went to old manali, i came across Drifter's Inn. They were booked, so I could only try out their cafe. This time when i planned a trip to OLD Manali I was lucky to get a room at Drifter's Inn.. The room, the food, and the hospitality simply cannot be matched by any place in old manali.... More

Was misled into thinking this is a value for money hotel but with rooms starting at 1200 a night this isn't for ur average backpacker. Expensive but nice rooms. Expensive but nice food. If ur on a "shoe string budget" as the owner called it looking for rooms 400-500 a night try the tiger eye hotel not far from it.... More

Hey hi, If there is anything misleading at all (as you mentioned in your review), its the fact that you never stayed with us. Which makes me wonder..... whats the real motivation behind your review. I remember our phone conversation when you called me around 7am... and asked for a room... and were surprised to hear our tariffs. Well we... More
