This was my first trip to Surat and I found this hotel as better option. It is near to Surat Airport. Hotel was good. Front office staff was very courteous. A basic room, with minimum of facilities required for the stay, Good location and decent service. But overall, feels like it should have been better. Maybe next time I will find a better option @ Surat.

Excellent location and overall well maintained. Good for a short stay. There is room service albeit a little slow. Rooms and baths are neat and clean. The shower would do with some improvement so that there more than a trickle of water flow.

The hotel was good and in a very good location n we can suggest everyone to stay here each n everything in hotel was maintained n the food of hotel resto. Was yummy The resto. Service was week and is having both cuisine veg as well as non-veg .

The hotel is prominently located good service, clean rooms, everything was aboce average. But the tariffs are quite high in comparison to the facilities offered and rates which are charged for the same.

Hotel is very good and the bath room and the bed and bath Linen is also very clean the house keeping people are very efficient and they keep the room nice and clean through out the stay food quality is good though very limited overall and very good budget hotel

Food Menu is limited. They say that wi-fi is complimentary however it never works. I stayed many times in hotel ginger surat however i could use wifi for 10% of my stay. I stayed lastly on 17th Jan'2013 night & as usual wi fi coudnt be connected. no reply from reception.
