great food, nice ambience. fun to be kids and family. slightly expansive but food quality and variety is worth it. deserve visit once in two month if you stay in Ahmedabad for long time. if you don't want to go for dinner / lunch you have option for fast food also.

Nightmare to be at this place. Very inappropriate front office staff. Frequently use disrespectful approach towards guest. Suddenly call me at 8 : 00 pm on Saturday and start shouting. Does not consider any request.

After attending several social gatherings for over 8-10 in the city, this hotel is the best for its taste in food, services, banquet setups/interiors, hospitality and everything else that makes an event successful. It has banquet spaces for all events from a gathering of 50-1500 people. The restaurants cafe piano and Mr & Mrs Somani are great too. Although i... More

The Grand Disaster I recently visited the hotel. This hotel is a disaster and the worst was that from all of the staff only one spoke English well enough to understand my complaints. The room I stayed in was old – DIRTY!!! Holes in the towels – shower head spraying everywhere – beds are rock hard and pillows are old... More

What a joke of a high-end hotel, the worst I have seen ever. Old is fine, dirty is not. A property with great food but a dirty old hotel, filthy walls and little love form the owners. The staff are trying their best but the place is a dump. I will seldom give a one star review and try to... More

Terrible attitude of staff. A/C is rationed floor by floor. Excuses made generator not working. Hot water also hit and miss. Breakfast breads stale and hard. Food poorly prepared, not hygienically prepared.
