We only stayed here for two nights, but loved it. It does appear older than it is, and the hallways are rather dingy, but the rooms are very nice. The restaurant, overlooking the nice pool, is lovely and is owned by an English guy (Paul), and that is where you have your inclusive breakfast, which is a very nice change... more

“ Star of the Sea Resort in Benaulim Goa is like an oasis inthe middle of a hive of locally run B&Bs. The rooms are clean and simple and really large. The Blue Lagoon restaurant serves the best continental food I tasted during my six week tour of India, better than most English restaurants.... ” more

We arrived in Benaulim on 29/4 and checked into the Lamour Beach resort. What a mistake that was, the accomodation wasn't up to scratch and we were even told that if we wanted hot water, we had to ask for it. Well we put up with it for a week and after being told that there was no water available... more
