We, two families with total five kids in the age group of 5 to 12 stayed there for 6 days (7th to 12th Sept). It was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed too. The food was made to cook by the in house chef, who has a good taste in cooking according to the taste of the guest. Courteous staff,... More

We stayed for a week at the Marbella guesthouse, following a hectic tour of Rajasthan. It was a very good choice. The house is beautiful, surrounded by lush gardens, and our room, the Rajastani suite, did not disappoint- it was huge, and furnished with stylish furniture. We loved the food- from lavish breakfasts with freshly squeezed juices and egg dishes,... More

We are grateful for the good feedback we are getting from our guests. The marbella is proud to present our guests with dishes cooked from scratch. We use fresh ingredients daily from our local markets. And are happy to cater to different tastes. Just ask pascoal our head cook for recipes or watch him cook your food from our open... More

This hotel/guest house was recommended by my Lonely Planet guide book and I am glad I took the recommendation. The whole place is an old villa that has been converted into a guest house. It is filled with tiled floors and antiques. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help me with my numerous questions and requests.... More

We spent 5 nights and 6 days at this picturesque Portuguese styled guest house. We stayed in the Moghul suite. The room was lovely big and very spacious with stylish furnitures. The room was attached to a grand courtyard. After our everyday hectic sightseeing and travel, upon our return we found the guest house very calm, soothing and quiet amidst... More

This was my second visit to the place. Sadly it was a disappointment. My first stay was excellent. I wanted my husband to see the old Portuguese house and was excited that we had got the rajsthani suite. The airport taxi was a fiasco. In my first visit no taxi had turned up and this time they did but a... More

I am very sorry that you found your second visit with us disappointing! Mario who is no longer with us, forgot to call you a taxi until the last minute. That is why ypu had a long wait at the airport. We have a new receptionist his name is sajjin. The geckos are harmless lizards, that eat mosquitos. They are... More

Apart from the innumerable geckos (i am petrified of them and one didnt let me sleep as it made too much noise), my stay here was perfect. The house in itself is beautiful and i am sucker for old portugese homes and heritage buildings be it anywhere. I stayed in the Rajasthani Suite last weekend and the rooms are clean... More

We spent three nights at this wonderful restored house and experienced good service, friendly staff and tasteful food. The room was very clean and our only suggestion for improvement would be to instal one or two hammocks in the wonderful courtyard.
