I was lead through a dilapitated pool yard to my room in the far back of the hotel. It was clear that people were 'living' in the hotel rooms -- if you know what I mean. Yes, it was clean, but it was scary to me. I'd NEVER stay here again. BEWARE! more
We stayed 4 nights and we won't go back. Wanted a better 3 star property and chose Quality Inn based on previous experiences with the name brand, but this was an old run down, worn property. The staff was attentive, but the place is not worth the money. more

We stayed one night at this hotel while visiting White Sands. When we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn't ready. But the staff was really friendly and we decided to go out and come back later. The Holiday Inn Express in Alamogordo is an adequate hotel but has some problems. We stayed at this hotel on our way from Carlsbad Caverns to Albuquerque.
