I don't know from where to start because my 2 week stay at so called deluxe rooms at Sarovar Hotel was horrifying experience. I had no choice because all other hotels in Vizag were full.
Sarovar hotels charges high rates because it is situated in heart of Vizag city but the services and facilities are like a dharamshala. Clogged drains in bathrooms, windows without latches or locks, no almirahs , no wood work , bad mirror and TV without a remote! If I call up reception nobody responds and when you complaint they will say - we will rectify, but nobody turns up. Above all there were bed lice.
The common scene at reception daily was guests fighting and complaining. Stay at your own risk. more
